Regina Handoko is one of Indonesia’s most talked about sopranos in her generation with powerful stage presence and impressive high notes. She started learning music at Yayasan Pendidikan Musik (YPM) at the age 4. After teenager, she took vocal lessons with several famous classical singers such as Catherine W. Leimena, Binu D. Sukaman, Joseph Kristanto Pantioso, etc; and also had a vocal guidance from Towako Sato Schollhorn in Freiburg, Germany. She started learning harp in 2013 under the guidance of Heidi Awuy, and has been studying with Rama Widi since September 2015.
